Zack Lyons is the Founder and President of Le Pont Tissé | The Woven Bridge. His career spans strategic advising for the Chief Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, developing national anti-discrimination policies for the federal judiciary, and over a decade of experience at top-tier law firms. He holds a Master's degree in International Relations, Human Rights and Humanitarian Action from Sciences Po Paris. Zack has been an activist in the LGBTQIA+ community for over a decade, including serving one year as a volunteer on a national crisis hotline. He brings together expertise in policy development, humanitarian action, and technology to create innovative solutions that bridge emerging technologies with vulnerable communities worldwide.

Rachdi Douagui brings a unique blend of technology and humanitarian expertise to Le Pont Tissé. He previously worked in technology for international and government organizations in Paris before transitioning to humanitarian work. Rachdi managed logistics for a medical organization on Lesvos, Greece, supporting the population of Moria refugee camp, and has taught English and French to at-risk populations across multiple continents.

Emma Cosmao is a mission-driven professional with experience at leading impact and advocacy campaigns at the EU and multilateral international institutions levels. With a background in Human Rights and International Security, she specialises at the intersection of strategic communications, policy, and social impact - particularly in areas like corporate social responsibility (CSR), digital rights, and democracy protection.
